Wow, it’s 2004 and what a year of gossip is to come!! Let’s review some bests and worsts of ’03 and make some predictions for the year ahead!

Best Reality Show of 2003… it’s a TIE!
“Newlyweds” and “The Simple Life”…Nick and Jessica left me with a smile every week after listening to her irresistable whining and ditziness and his ‘attention to detail’ that makes them a young couple to remember! As for Paris and Nicole, they are hilarious. I had little hope for them in the beginning, but Nicole’s goofiness and Paris’s part-time sweet side add to their charm and of course, their looks aint so bad either!

**I gotta give an honorable mention to “Average Joe”… I couldn’t award this one with a ‘best’, although I was hooked every week, Melena chose a hot guy, not an average Joe! Her loss, really! Watch and you’ll understand…

I Predict… Best Reality Show of 2004…
“The Real World”, yup, number 14 in San Diego!…with cuties like Cameran and Brad hooking up, the ‘different’ girl, Frankie suffering from Cystic Fibrosis, and 2 arrests of cast mates while the show airs, this show is slammed with gossip to come!
Also watch Meredith in “The Bachelorette”… hopefully her taste this time around is better than when she was infatuated with the awful Bob Guiney, yuck!

Best Movies of 2003…
Family: “Finding Nemo” … totally tubular dude! (get it?)
Teen: “Freaky Friday”… surprisingly sweet fun with Lindsay Lohan shining like a star
Scary: “Gothika”… good fun thriller with a plot that had you guessing
Funny: “How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days”… kate is cuter than her mama and funny too!
Worst:
“28 Days Later”…28 days later I was still thinking about how terrible it was
“The Lord of the Rings 3”… so long it had an intermission

I Predict… Best Movies of 2004…
“Big Fish” …Tim Burton at his best
“The Butterfly Effect” …it’s gotta be entertaining, Ashton’s in it!

Best Couple to follow in 2003…
Justin and Cameron… the tall, lanky and beautiful duo have me intrigued (poor Brit)
Jen and Brad… it’s gotta be the hair, they’re just addictive
Chris and Gwenyth…a baby on the way AND a private wedding?!
Worst:
Trista and Ryan… gag, gag, gag
Most disappointing breakup…
Jen Schefft and Andrew Firestone of “The Bachelor 3”… they were so adorable for 10 whole months, is that a reality show record???

Couples to watch in ’04….ALL!! BENNIFER WILL WED, ASHTON WILL PROPOSE! IT’S LIKE A REAL LIFE SOAP OPERA, I SWEAR!

Most overpublicized celebrities of 2003…
Britney and Christina… I feel bad for Brit, she’s really mixed up right now it seems, but Christina is just plain rude, crude and nasty, (but still has a great voice).

Beauty products to scoop up this winter:
Paula Dorf tinted moisturizer in ‘Jet Set Glo’… give that pasty skin a nice bronzy glow w/o the sun!
MAC blush in ‘Style’… a peachy hue that brightens the whole face!
