  For your entertainment.....

Hola, my faithful readers : ) Thanks for tuning in
again to my long overdue column. Let's get started...

DATING...
Kelley from "The Real World", New Orleans, and Scott
Wolf, (Bailey) from "Party of Five"! I guess she
broke things off with Peter, the future doctor?!
DIVORCING...
J LO is done with the dancing Judd officially and has
signed the confidential divorce papers. She is
planning to rebound with another man right away and
marry him for AT LEAST 11 months.
ODD...
Lara Flynn Boyle brings ex-beau Jack Nicholson's
daughter, 12, to her latest movie, "MIB 2". Why?
SAD...
Let's say a prayer for Sharon Osbourne, recently
starting chemo treatments for her colon cancer. We
may all judge lifestye's unlike ours, but they're
usually good people too, so best wishes to her and the
family.
WHAT MOVIES TO RENT...
~Surprisingly, Mandy Moore's acting debut in "A Walk
To Remember" really impressed me. She was completely
unfashionable, pale, and dark-haired in this role, as
well as so damn believable. She actually stayed away
from the cheesy stories written and attempted by
popstars (aka: "Glitter", "Crossroads"...) and opted
for a lovely story written by Nicholas Sparks, the
author. It was a sweet and touching movie, and
although not award winning, it's worth renting.
~Now if you're sitting alone with a box of white zin
and some candles lit while refreshing your pedicure (i
hope you're a girl), than I strongly reccomend any
season of "Sex and the City". I've seen episodes on
HBO and liked them, but after renting the first whole
season, I really identified with the characters and
got hooked! It's funny and real with a great cast.
~Last but not least, rent "John Q.". What could have
been a redone type "Negotiator" theme, turned out to
be a harsh and honest look at our hospitals, doctors,
and insurance plans. It was excellent, touching, and
uplifting by the end after so much sadness.
DON'T RENT...
"Crossroads". It wasn't as bad as it could've been,
but the acting wasn't good and Brit had to be skanky
in her sweet little way. She didn't get my respect as
an actress at all, and the plot ended up twisting way
too unbelievably with the girls, their boys, a rape,
and a miscarriage. Let's just say that her music
videos are more entertaining than this was.
GO SEE...
"Minority Report", starring Tom Cruise!! Slightly too
long, but wonderfully riveting and original. Trust
me.
WATCH ON TV...
"Meet my Folks" at 8pm Wednesdays, starring 3
bachelors, a cute girl and her judemental parents; a
different group each week! The best is when the
ex-girlfriends come in to reveal very embarrassing
secrets about the boys so they'll be eliminated from
the competition.
DON'T WATCH ON TV...
I want to say the "Anna Nicole Smith Show" on E! soooo
bad, but I know I'll fall victim to watching and
criticizing it as well as her stupidity.
BEST COMFY CLOTHES TO WEAR...
Juicy Couture sweatsuits are pricy, but so adorable
and worth it. Separates range for $30 to about $285
and are worn by fashion idols such as Madonna,
Gwyneth, Denise Richards, and even Jennifer Aniston
owns a hoodie with "Mrs. Pitt" embriodered on it:)
FINALLY, HEALTH TIPS...
For you dieting freaks, stay away from any diet
supplement that contains ephedrine. Hydroxycut,
Xenedrine, and Diet Fuel all contain these and have
been directly related to heart failures and deaths. A
great new option is Xenedrine EFX which has almost the
same energy levels as the original, but without the
harm of ephedrine. However, it still contains a large
amount of caffeine, so use it wisely.

Once again, thanks so much for reading! Write me with
any comments or questions.
Thanks! ~Becca
