Hello, Hello….

Okay, not too sure about who won the Oscars, but I can tell you who won my vote for style!

J.Lo, as I predicted, glowed (no pun intended) in a mint green goddess~like dress, inspired by one of Jaqueline Kennedy’s ensembles. Nicole Kidman surprised us in basic black, however the style really suited her and seemed appropriate for the occasion. Lastly, there are some runner-ups…. Jennifer Garner in baby blue with some major cleavage, Renee in a deep red lace, and Julianne in a very Irish green look.

Fashion horror shows included Queen Latifah and Cameron Diaz, and Hilary Swank, gag me girls!

Celeb Gossip…

Jennifer Garner, the star of "Alias" is officially splitting from husband, Scott Foley, after they both seemed so happy (same old Hollywood ending…). She showed up stag at the Oscars, which prompted the media to do some further investigating. The couple met on the set of "Felicity" when Garner was to appear in a few episodes as Foley’s ex.

Us Weekly reports that Reese and Ryan are expecting their second child, however Reese herself refused to comment when she responded in a cheerful, high-pitched voice, "I don’t know anything about that, but thanks!" Smart little girl. Look for her upcoming sequel this summer, "Legally Blonde 2: Red White and Blonde".

Movie Reviews…

Despite rumors of "Road to Perdition" being long, slow, and boring at times, I found it to be a wonderful flick to rent. I usually find movies with a lot of murders to be too much to bear, however this movie really focused on a father/son relationship if you paid attention to the details, and the plot was quite interesting. I didn’t fall asleep once!

If you’re looking for some inexpensive basics, please go to Old Navy. I got the cutest shorts and capri cotton PJ sets for $12-$16 and the Ultra Low Rise Jeans for under $25. It’s worth checking out for your denim and undergarment needs.

The Workout Craze…

I’m hooked on the infomercial for "Winsor Pilates", Daisy Fuentes’ claim to beautiful body fame. I am ordering ASAP. You can’t skip out on your cardio routine, however this may replace all your weight-lifting to tone and elongate your body. I’ll let you know my results!
