Game console prices get lowered:

Sony's Playstation 2, Microsoft's x-box, nintendo's gamecube have all lowered their prices in the last week because they are competing to be the number one company in the gaming industry. Was this really the right thing to do? If I would have purchased one of those game systems for 300$, like the x-box or ps2, i would be really pissed off right now and want my 100$ back. Especially since the x-box came out only several months ago. These companies shouldn't have had there systems sell at 300$ anyway and should have followed nintendo by going for only 200$. In my opinion i think that everyone who purchased their game systems in the last 2 or 3 months should get some of their money back, but oh well, i didnt get one of the systems yet so i am the lucky one.
